I’ve been building and running WordPress sites since 2003 — over 20 years and more than a thousand sites. I spent years running websites for companies with 500+ employees, where a broken form costs real money and “we’ll look into it” isn’t an answer. Now I do the same work for local businesses that are great at their trade and tired of being burned on their websites.
I’m not an agency, and I’m not trying to become one. There’s no account manager, no ticket queue, no 30-page reports. You get me. I answer my own phone, and if a task takes ten minutes, I don’t bill an hour.
Most of our communication happens by text and email, because you’re running a business and so am I. You’ll get a plain-English report every month that takes two minutes to read. Everything I build, you own — domain, hosting, logins, content. Month-to-month, no contracts. If I’m not earning it, fire me. That’s the deal.
