This website is operated by AJ Martin, doing business as AtlantaWebmaster (“I”, “me”, “my”), based in Cumming, Georgia. This page explains what information this site collects and what happens to it. The short version: I collect only what you send me, I use it to reply to you, and I don’t sell it to anyone.
Information I collect
What you send me. If you use the contact form, call, text, or email, I receive whatever you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, and a description of your website problem. Form submissions are delivered to my business email.
What every website collects. Like nearly all websites, this site’s hosting infrastructure keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. These are used for security and troubleshooting, not for tracking you around the internet.
Cookies. This site may use a small number of cookies for basic functionality and, if analytics are enabled, to understand in aggregate how visitors use the site (for example, which pages get read). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.
How I use your information
To respond to your inquiry, provide services you’ve asked about, and keep the site secure and working. That’s it. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not send marketing email lists.
Who else touches the data
Service providers that make the site run: the hosting company that serves this site, and email services that deliver form submissions. These providers process data on my behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. I may also disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
I keep correspondence and form submissions as long as reasonably needed to serve you and keep normal business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Call or text the number below and I’ll take care of it.
Children
This site offers business services and is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
